Just to Share!

Today bakery goods, pastry and confectionery remains popular with the consumer, however there is a demand for products which have a reduced fat and sugar content as many people pursue a healthy lifestyle. 


Therefore chefs will continue to respond to this demand by modifying recipes to reduce the fat and sugar content. They may also use alternative ingredients, such as low calorie sweeteners where possible and unsaturated fats!
